The Sky Valley development was created in 2002
as an exclusive community of upscale resort homes. The CC&R’s ensure that only high quality homes are constructed throughout all of Sky Valley, and the development has a gated community feel and theme. All roads and entry points will have beautiful entry gates announcing entry into the Sky Valley community. Additionally, parts of Sky Valley are zoned for horses, and back up to the National Forest.
